If an order is placed without checking compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. A shipping quote is automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when placing your order. ○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Basically, all the products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system.
