〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred upon importation on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

〇Compatibility Check
Our entire product database is based on North American specification (USDM) vehicles, so please verify compatibility with Japanese specification (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.

Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are not shipped by sea.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered if contacted within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, please note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
