Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify whether parts can be installed on Japanese domestic vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. We do not use sea freight.

○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength inspection documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or exchanges for shipping-damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please be aware that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
