〇 About Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Checking Compatibility
All of our product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese specification vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If an order is placed without verifying compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our homepage tabs, this does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All product information is translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us if you have any questions before placing your order.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare instances where there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with sufficient time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar materials for the purpose of the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of damage to the packaging or the product during transit. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for items that are damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, provided that you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please be aware that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
