○ About Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. All products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ About Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ About Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of delivery damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges for items with delivery damage, defects, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
