○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported via air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection" standards, and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging or products may sustain shipping damage. We will handle returns, refunds, or exchanges only if notified within 7 days of receipt for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items. Please understand that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or agents located within Japan.
