〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Compatibility Confirmation
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm compatibility with Japanese domestic market (JDM) vehicles before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese market vehicles without modification.
All product descriptions have been translated into Japanese using translation software. As some expressions may be confusing, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the lead time. Please note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
The products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranties
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there is a possibility that the shipping box or product may sustain damage during transit. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan regarding these matters.
