K-Tuned Universal Turndown Muffler
The K-Tuned Turndown Muffler is constructed entirely from 100% T304 stainless steel, inside and out. The straight-through design with a perforated tube minimizes exhaust restriction and maximizes power output. Packing/sound-deadening material is one of the most important features of a muffler. While other muffler manufacturers often use low-grade packing that burns out quickly, we have selected high-quality, multi-layered premium packing for superior durability. This ensures that the sound you hear on day one lasts for years, not months. Because the small round body contains less packing material, the sound will be slightly louder than an oval design.
This muffler features a 3.5-inch diameter turndown-style tip. The tip is crafted from four individual pie-cut pieces and beautifully TIG welded. Back-purged TIG welding is used to keep the welds extremely clean, and the entire muffler is finished in brushed stainless steel, with the K-Tuned logo etched on the top of the tip. The compact 5.5-inch diameter round body design is perfect for installation. It can be used in tight spaces and also provides a 5-pound weight reduction compared to larger oval mufflers.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically upon entering your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) system," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product. We will handle returns, refunds, or replacements only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding items with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items.
