K-Tuned Multi-Honda/Acura Application Side Mount K20 Pulley Kit
The K-Tuned Side Mount Pulley Kit is designed to combine the 2-bolt side engine mount on the timing chain case with two adjustable pulleys. By combining these parts, we were able to create a strong, compact mount/pulley combo that provides the necessary space in the engine bay for both K-swapped vehicles and original K-powered cars. Both pulleys are adjustable; the black pulley has three mounting positions, and the top black pulley slides along the bracket. Note that using this kit requires power steering removal or relocation on some vehicles, though this is limited to pump-driven applications such as the RSX. During installation, the factory alternator remains in its OEM position, while the factory auto-tensioner and belt idler pulley are removed completely. The result is extra space exactly where you need it, providing approximately 2 inches of clearance right next to the intake manifold. This is ideal for installing some larger aftermarket straight-runner intake manifolds, an option that previously required significant modification to fit. Rotrex supercharger users will also appreciate this design because it is the cleanest look we have developed to date and allows customers who want the option to retain AC.
This pulley kit features many adjustments to accommodate multiple OEM applications and various belt lengths. The best part is that in most situations, you can easily transition the belt you are currently using to the new pulley kit. A few exceptions may apply, such as if you are removing additional accessories during installation or currently using a different aftermarket pulley setup. All parts are CNC machined from 6061 billet aluminum and anodized, making them lightweight and extremely strong. The side mount is Helicoiled, allowing for repeated installation/removal without worrying about damaging the threads. Installation varies by engine block; the mounts for K20 and K24 engines have slightly different bolt patterns, so please order according to the block you are using. The side mount is reused to install the new pulley kit.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what you ordered. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
