Installation Instructions
* Brake line installation should be performed by a professional mechanic. Please read and follow the installation instructions carefully.
Raise the vehicle. Remove the wheels and drain all brake fluid. Carefully remove the existing brake lines from the vehicle, being careful not to let brake fluid splash onto painted surfaces. Note the position of the C-clips and banjos (if used). Remove all crush washers from the mating surfaces. The new kit comes with all necessary OEM replacement adapters and banjo bolts.
Clean all sealing surfaces and ensure they are in good condition.
Starting from the caliper, fit these lines following the original path of the OEM lines. Use the new crush washers included in the kit. Ensure all positioning tabs and mounting brackets are properly attached to the mating points on the frame or chassis, and that there is no tension on either end of the connections. Do not fully tighten bolts or threaded ends until the final step of installation.
Verify that the line lengths are correct. Ensure that the hoses are not twisted or kinked. The torque lines on the opposing axis must remain parallel along the entire length of the hose. You must check the full range of suspension and steering travel to ensure that the hoses are not stretched or pinched.
Tighten the banjo bolts and end fittings. When tightening these hoses to the factory hard lines, you must use a wrench of the correct size to hold the hard lines in place. Bolts and end fittings should be tightened to the manufacturer's recommended torque specifications. If not specified, tighten to 12-14 (ft/lbs).
You are now ready to bleed the brakes. Use new DOT-approved brake fluid and bleed the system according to the vehicle manufacturer's recommendations.
Warning
Before test driving the vehicle, perform a final check of the lines to ensure that all connections are secure and leak-free. The brake pedal should feel firm at this stage. After the first 100 miles, recheck all lines and connections to ensure they remain secure and leak-free.
- It is not recommended to mix rubber hoses and stainless steel replacement lines in the same brake system.
- Do not apply force to, twist, or stretch the stainless steel hose assemblies, as this may cause failure.

Please note that even if items are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping fees are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping fee and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. All products are shipped via air freight. They are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Compatibility with Japanese Vehicle Inspection
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot issue documents such as strength calculation sheets for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, and off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or product. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacement products only if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or products different from your order. Please understand that for products sold through us, we will provide warranty support "only through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
