〇 Regarding Import Duties
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import duties incurred during customs clearance on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇 Confirmation of Fitment
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle; our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee fitment on Japanese model vehicles without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be ambiguous expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide structural analysis reports for the purpose of such inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging and items may sustain damage during transit. We will provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our store, warranty-related support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
