Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. ○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
