○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check lead times. All items are shipped via air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength inspection reports or similar documentation for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances where packaging boxes or the products themselves sustain damage during shipping. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement support for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
