BMW got off to a good start by ditching chrome window trim in favor of gloss black "Shadowline" trim. Unfortunately, however, BMW did not address the chrome front grilles or side grilles.
Following BMW's decision to discontinue the use of window trim, we decided to provide high-quality painting solutions for the E9x M3 community.
Painting work is performed in our in-house paint shop, and all parts come with a paint quality guarantee. Our painting staff all have over 10 years of experience at our 10,000-square-foot facility. We offer almost all genuine BMW colors, including BMW Individual.

〇 Regarding import consumption tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Confirmation of compatibility
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please check whether the products can be installed on Japanese vehicles (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese models without modification.
All products have been translated into Japanese using translation software. There may be confusing expressions, so please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) compliance
Please note that all products handled by our company are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not adapted to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system" at all, and we cannot issue strength calculation reports or similar documents for the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, and off-road," so please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding warranties
Please check the contents immediately when your item arrives. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what you ordered. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related matters will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not handle matters through other companies or distributors based in Japan.
