〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At Shaftoya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please confirm whether or not the product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before ordering. (If you are unsure if a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will investigate for you.)
If you order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our top page, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to check the delivery date in advance. All products are shipped via air freight; they are never shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not adapted to the "Japanese vehicle inspection system," and we cannot provide strength study documents or similar for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on tracks, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or exchanges for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, regarding products sold through our company, all warranty-related matters will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not facilitate processing through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
