Hybrid Racing shifter cable bushings are a cost-effective and easy way to add a crisp, solid feel to your shifter. Don't be fooled into thinking all shifter cable bushings are made the same. Many companies mistakenly believe that both bushings used in the OEM shifter cable can be replaced with solid metal or Delrin bushings. However, that is not the case. Honda uses rubber bushings on the cables because it is a cost-effective way to allow for 2 degrees of freedom. A solid metal or Delrin bushing only allows for 1 degree of freedom. Generally, removing the degrees of freedom from the bushing requires more effort to shift, increasing the likelihood that the shifter cable will bend and break.
For this reason, Hybrid Racing shifter cable bushings incorporate a chrome-plated steel spherical bearing into the shifter bushing. This bearing provides the crisp, notchy feel you expect from a shifter bushing without requiring the extra force needed by other brands' bushings. All shifter bushings come with a spiral retaining ring to keep them on the cable and a stainless steel cotter pin to keep the cable on the transmission. The bushings are machined from 6061 aluminum and black anodized for enhanced corrosion protection.

Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the United States. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself plenty of time when ordering. The products we carry are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan.
