The HPS Stainless Steel Spring-Loaded T-Bolt Clamp for 3.5 inch to 3.82 inch (89mm to 97mm) 3.25 inch ID hoses provides high strength and a 360-degree seal. The added spring is designed to automatically adjust the clamp diameter to compensate for hose expansion and contraction when temperature or pressure fluctuates. HPS spring-loaded clamps are reusable. Designed to meet or exceed SAE J1508 specifications for T-bolt clamps. The clamp features a floating bridge and rolled edges to protect soft hoses. The lock nut has a nylon insert to prevent backing off. Tighten with a 7/16 inch socket wrench. HPS constant-tension T-bolt clamps are widely used in Charge Air Cooler (CAC) systems, aircraft, automotive, truck and heavy-duty vehicles, industrial, hardware/plumbing, and marine industries. ○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese delivery, international delivery takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for the purpose of such inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival of your products. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of delivery damage to packaging boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect products if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
