HPS stainless steel V-band clamp kits with aluminum flanges are durable and versatile clamping systems for automotive and industrial applications. The clamp features a quick-release T-bolt, allowing for fast and easy installation without needing to fully disassemble the kit. Made from 100% 304 stainless steel, it offers excellent weather and corrosion resistance. The aluminum V-band flanges feature male and female sides that automatically align to eliminate improper installation. The back of these V-band flanges features a recessed lip to help center the aluminum tubing within the flange. This recess matches the ID of 16-gauge tubing, allowing for unrestricted flow. HPS aluminum V-band flanges are made from 6061 aluminum and use an NBR O-ring to create an airtight seal for positive pressure applications. This product is ideal for intercooler piping systems and intake systems.

If an order is placed without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength study reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on tracks, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents of your order as soon as it arrives. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related matters must be handled "strictly through us."
