HPS stainless steel V-band clamp kits with aluminum flanges are a durable and versatile clamping system for automotive and industrial applications. This clamp features a quick-release T-bolt, allowing for fast and easy installation without needing to fully disassemble the kit. Made from 100% 304 stainless steel, it offers excellent weather and corrosion resistance. The aluminum V-band flanges feature male and female sides, which align the flanges automatically and eliminate improper installation. The back of these V-band flanges includes a recessed lip to help center the aluminum tubing. This recess matches the ID of 16-gauge tubing, allowing for unrestricted flow. HPS aluminum V-band flanges are made from 6061 aluminum and use an NBR O-ring to create an airtight seal for positive pressure applications. This product is ideal for intercooler piping systems and air intake systems.

Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate of shipping costs will be calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with sufficient lead time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength analysis reports or similar documentation for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
