Please note that we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if you place an order without confirming compatibility first.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Essentially all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these systems. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use" purposes, and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the packaging or the product during transit. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged products, defective items, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
