If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping fee may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not conform to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may sustain shipping damage. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not handle support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
