If you order without confirming fitment, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your shipping address. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we carry are essentially designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for such inspections. Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, packaging boxes and items may occasionally sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items for damaged products, defective items, or items different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we provide warranty-related support "only through our company."
