Please note that we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if an order is placed without confirming compatibility beforehand.
Please also be aware that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model on the tabs of our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost for large items such as body parts. Should this occur, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation reports or similar documentation for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on tracks, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packing boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, please note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Support will not be provided through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
