At the Shaftoya shopping site, we cover the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import, so there will be no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Confirmation of Fitment
Since our entire product database is based on North American vehicle (USDM) specifications, please confirm whether the product is compatible with Japanese vehicle (JDM) models before placing your order. (If you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
If you place an order without confirming fitment, we will not be able to accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market vehicles without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection (Shaken) standards," and we are unable to provide documents such as strength calculation reports for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on tracks, private property, or off-road use only," and any installation or use is at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for items with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
