○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the automatically calculated shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm delivery times in advance. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compliance
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that these products are not adapted to the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself.
