○Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of payment. A shipping quote will be calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery time. Please note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation reports or similar documents for that purpose. ○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding items that arrived with shipping damage, are defective, or differ from your order. Additionally, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company."
