If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to fitment issues.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, there may be a significant difference between the automatically calculated shipping fee and the actual shipping cost for large items such as body parts. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are transported by air; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections (Shaken)
Please be aware that all products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar certification for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, and off-road use only," and their installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Additionally, for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through our company." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
