○Regarding Shipping
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, for large items such as body parts, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Furthermore, all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea freight.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please note that all products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar items for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of damage to the packaging or the product during transit. Please understand that we only accept returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, please note that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
