If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost may differ significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. All items are transported via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we are unable to provide strength study documents or similar certification for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may occasionally be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we can only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items if notified within 7 days of receipt for items that have shipping damage, are defective, or are not the items ordered. Please note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
