All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. All products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be delivery damage to the shipping boxes or the products themselves. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with delivery damage, defective products, or items that differ from your order. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will only handle warranty-related matters "through our company."
