The HPS high-temperature 4-ply reinforced fluorine-lined silicone intercooler turbo hose boot kit for the late 1999-2003 Ford F450 Superduty 7.3L PowerStroke Diesel is designed to replace stock OEM hoses, which can eventually weaken over time and lead to premature failure. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection
Essentially, all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "circuit, private property, or off-road use," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for items that arrive damaged, are defective, or differ from your order if you notify us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, all warranty-related matters will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located in Japan.
