If you order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where the automatically calculated shipping cost differs significantly from the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm the delivery date in advance. All products are transported via air freight; we do not ship via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products handled by our company are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System (Shaken)," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for that purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes or the products themselves may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other domestic companies or agents in Japan regarding warranty claims.
