Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM), so please verify compatibility with Japanese vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure whether a listed product fits your vehicle; our support team will be happy to investigate for you.)
We cannot accept returns due to incompatibility if an order is placed without checking compatibility first.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, make, and model on the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese market models without modification.
All products are translated into Japanese using translation software. As there may be confusing expressions, please contact us before ordering if you have any questions.
○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In rare cases, for large items such as body parts, there may be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow ample time for your order. If you are in a rush, please inquire about the estimated delivery date in advance. All products are transported via air freight; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
Please note that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for items with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please also note that for products sold through our company, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other domestic Japanese companies or agencies.
