Shipping costs are paid at the time of settlement. An estimate for shipping costs will be automatically calculated on the checkout page once you enter your shipping address. All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective goods, or items different from what was ordered if we are notified within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through our company, we handle all warranty-related matters "exclusively through us."
