○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at checkout. Estimates for shipping can be calculated automatically by entering your delivery address on the checkout page. All products are shipped internationally from our warehouse in the U.S. Please allow 7 to 14 days for delivery, as international shipping differs from domestic. If you are in a hurry, please contact us for an estimated delivery date in advance. All items are transported via air freight, not sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Our products are designed and manufactured outside of Japan and are not compliant with Japanese "Shaken" inspection standards. We are unable to provide technical strength documentation for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on circuits, private property, or off-road use only, and any installation or usage is at the customer's own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect your items immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, shipping damage to packaging or the product may occur. We provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only if reported within 7 days of receipt. Please note that warranty support is provided exclusively through our company. We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies based in Japan for warranty claims.
