The HPS Performance black 3-inch intake charge pipe for the BMW N55B30 engine was designed with one goal in mind: reliability. On our 2011 BMW 335i test vehicle, it was discovered that the factory charge pipe was manufactured with inferior materials. At just 60,000 miles, the factory BMW charge pipe was barely hanging on at the throttle body connector. The HPS R&D team reverse-engineered the original part to provide a product that met all criteria for durability, performance, and style. The HPS charge pipe is manufactured using a durable billet CNC flange. It includes HPS's signature high-temperature 4-ply reinforced silicone couplers and heavy-duty 100% stainless steel T-bolt clamps for connecting to the intercooler pipe. The kit includes a new O-ring, as original equipment throttle body connectors are known to deteriorate over time. The HPS turbo charge pipe also includes a 1/8" NPT bung, providing the option to run methanol injection or a boost gauge (and nitrous systems). Installation can be completed in under 30 minutes using basic hand tools, with no permanent modifications or ECU re-flashing required. ○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar items for such purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Please also note that for products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
