The late 2003-2007 Ford F-Series heavy-duty trucks are equipped with the 6.0L Powerstroke diesel engine, making them excellent work trucks with strong power. However, these engines have some flaws that have given them a bad reputation. We brought in two different models of these trucks to analyze and investigate the issues in detail. What we came up with is an upgraded 6061 aluminum HPS cold-side and hot-side charge pipe kit that addresses the weaknesses of the charge air system. Unique mounting brace design on the hot side to increase structural rigidity of the hot side pipe. Mandrel-bent 6061 aluminum tubing increases air volume and airflow. Upgrades the factory plastic charge pipes for 05-07 models. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they are compatible with Japanese market vehicle models without modification.

○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic delivery within Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please place your order with sufficient time. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Products handled by our company are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar items for the purpose of the Japanese vehicle inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and please be aware that installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, packaging boxes and products may occasionally sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or products that differ from your order if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
