The HPS polished intercooler pipe complete kit (hot and cold side) with high-temperature 4-ply reinforced silicone hoses is a direct replacement for the 2016-2018 Focus RS 2.3L. The turbo OEM intercooler piping and rubber hoses are replaced by lightweight mandrel-bent aluminum tubing (2-1/2" OD for both HOT and COLD sides), which features fewer bends and better airflow compared to the restrictive OEM design. The bead-rolled pipe ends prevent couplers from popping off under boost. The included HPS high-temperature 4-ply reinforced silicone hoses and 100% stainless steel T-bolt clamps can withstand a minimum of 50 psi of boost, replacing the factory rubber couplers that often crack or break over time. The intercooler piping kit optimizes and smooths airflow for improved throttle response without the need to re-tune the ECU. Fits 2016-2018 Ford Focus RS 2.3L Turbo. Compatible with OEM and aftermarket intercoolers that utilize factory OEM piping.

If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Please note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please understand that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside of Japan, the packaging box or the product itself may sustain shipping damage. Please understand that we only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if notified within 7 days of receipt for products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through us."
