The all-new HPS Performance 837 Series Cold Air Intake Kit (Black, Part Number 837-579WB) for 1998-2002 Honda Accord 2.3L DX EX LX VP SE provides free-flowing 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tube induction. If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. ○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan.
