The all-new HPS Performance 837 Series Cold Air Intake Kit (Black, Part Number 837-508WB) for the 2011-2016 Scion tC provides a free-flowing 3-inch mandrel-bent aluminum tube induction system that relocates the HPS Performance air filter outside of the engine compartment to deliver the coolest air intake temperatures. 〇 Regarding Import Consumption Tax
At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so you will not be charged any additional fees beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Confirming Compatibility
All product databases are based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not a product can be installed on a Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing your order. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure whether a listed product is compatible with your vehicle; our support team will look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model in the tabs on our top page, this does not guarantee they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon delivery. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what was ordered if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "only through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan for these matters.
