○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are automatically calculated once you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; they are not shipped via sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) system," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private property, or off-road use only," and please install and use them at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
