At the Shaftoya shopping site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.
〇Compatibility Confirmation
Our entire product database is based on North American vehicles (USDM). Please confirm whether or not these products can be installed on Japanese market vehicles (JDM) before placing your order. (Please feel free to contact us if you are unsure if a listed product is compatible with your vehicle; our support team will look into it for you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are filtered by selecting the year, manufacturer, and model using the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese market vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs will be paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically once you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may rarely differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Essentially, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air. They are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
The products we handle are basically all designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they do not comply with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength calculation documents for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for use on "circuits, private property, and off-road" only, and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packing box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only handle returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from what you ordered. Please note that for products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related matters "exclusively through us." We do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan.
