○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping fees are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping quotes are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air; sea freight is not used.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)" system, and we cannot provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for the purpose of Japanese inspection. Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or the product due to shipping. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us."
