○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of purchase. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All items are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to check delivery times. All items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
Our products are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength evaluation reports for Japanese inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only accept returns, refunds, or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Please understand that for products purchased through us, warranty support is provided "only through us." We do not provide support through other companies or distributors based in Japan.
