If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if items are sorted by year, manufacturer, and vehicle model using the tabs on our homepage, it does not necessarily mean they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping cost estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your delivery address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the amount automatically calculated. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our U.S. warehouse. Unlike domestic Japanese shipping, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please allow plenty of time for your order to arrive. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery time. Note that all products are transported by air freight; they are never shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspections
All products we handle are basically designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please be aware that these products do not comply with "Japanese vehicle inspection standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation sheets or similar documentation for such purposes. Please check the contents of your order immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be instances of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. We will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding damaged items, defective products, or items different from what you ordered. Please note that for any products sold through us, warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us."
