○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes about 7 to 14 days, so please order with enough time to spare. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all products are transported by air; they are not shipped by sea.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are generally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide documents such as strength calculation reports for Japanese vehicle inspections. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.

Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be damage to the packaging or the product due to shipping. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or incorrect items. Please note that for products sold through us, warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us." We do not provide support through other companies or agencies located within Japan.
