If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.

○Shipping Information
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. For shipping quotes, please enter your shipping address on the checkout page to have it calculated automatically. For large items such as body parts, the actual shipping cost may occasionally differ significantly from the automated calculation. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
All products are generally shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping within Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time for delivery. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm the delivery date. Note that all items are transported by air. We do not use sea freight.
○Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
The products we handle are fundamentally designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) standards," and we cannot provide documents such as strength evaluation reports for Japanese inspection purposes. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "circuit use, private property use, or off-road use," and installation and usage are at your own risk.
○Warranty Policy
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be cases of shipping damage to the shipping box or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for damaged items, defective products, or incorrect items if notified within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, for products sold through us, warranty support will be provided "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not coordinate with other companies or agencies located within Japan regarding warranty support.
