○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of checkout. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically on the checkout page once you enter your delivery address. In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international delivery takes approximately 7-14 days, so please allow sufficient time when placing your order. If you are in a hurry, please contact us to confirm lead times in advance. Note that all items are shipped via air freight; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
Please be aware that all products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. They are not compliant with "Japanese Vehicle Inspection Standards," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for these regulations. Therefore, all parts are sold for "track, private property, or off-road use only," and any installation and use is at your own risk.

Please inspect the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacements for products with shipping damage, defects, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Additionally, for products sold through our company, all warranty support will be handled "exclusively through us."
