NPT threads are widely used in automotive applications but are not intended for repeated servicing. HPS AN to NPT adapter fittings convert NPT female threaded ports to AN-style fittings to facilitate maintenance. AN-style fittings can be installed and removed repeatedly without the use of additional sealants or gaskets, whereas barbed fittings or clamp-on hose fittings can be damaged through repeated use. HPS AN to NPT adapters are made of 6061 aluminum with a Type II black anodized finish for increased wear and corrosion resistance.

At Shaft-ya Shopping Site, we pay the import consumption tax incurred at the time of import on your behalf, so there are no additional charges beyond the total amount paid at checkout.

As our product database is primarily based on North American vehicles (USDM), please confirm whether the product is compatible with your Japanese vehicle (JDM) before placing an order. (If you are unsure if the listed product is compatible with your vehicle, please feel free to contact us. Our support team will be happy to assist you.)
If you place an order without confirming compatibility, we cannot accept returns due to incompatibility.
Please note that even if products are sorted by selecting the year, manufacturer, and vehicle model via the tabs on our top page, this does not necessarily guarantee that they will fit Japanese model vehicles without modification.

○ Regarding Shipping
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are calculated automatically when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there may occasionally be a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual shipping cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
Basically, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes approximately 7 to 14 days, so please allow sufficient time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. All items are transported by air; we do not use sea freight.
○ Regarding Compliance with Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken)
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we are unable to provide strength calculation documents or similar paperwork for this purpose. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private property, or off-road," and installation and use are at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents of your package immediately upon arrival. As all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there is a possibility of shipping damage to the packaging or the product itself. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement products for items with shipping damage, defective goods, or incorrect items if you contact us within 7 days of receipt. Furthermore, regarding products sold through us, all warranty-related support will be handled "exclusively through us." Please note that we do not provide support through other companies or distributors located within Japan.
