HPS 100% marine-grade 316 stainless steel T-bolt hose clamps have an effective range of 1.38 inches - 1.57 inches (35mm-40mm), perform exceptionally well in saltwater applications, and offer superior corrosion resistance compared to standard 304 T-bolt band clamps. Therefore, 316 T-bolt clamps are commonly used to provide leak-proof connections for marine engines and exhaust systems. Fits HPS silicone hoses with an inner diameter of 1-1/8 inches (28mm). We recommend using two clamps for both ends of wet exhaust installations. Professionals also use high-strength 316 T-bolt clamps for applications such as water treatment, sewage systems, military, filter bags, communication equipment, sanitary systems, and food and pharmaceutical processing equipment. ○ Regarding Delivery
Shipping costs are paid at the time of payment. Shipping estimates are automatically calculated when you enter your shipping address on the checkout page. For large items such as body parts, there are rare cases where there is a significant discrepancy between the automatically calculated shipping cost and the actual cost. In such cases, we will contact you individually via email.
In principle, all products are shipped internationally from our US warehouse. Unlike domestic shipping in Japan, international shipping takes 7 to 14 days, so please allow yourself enough time when ordering. If you are in a hurry, please contact us in advance to confirm delivery times. Note that all products are transported by air freight. They are never shipped by sea freight.
○ Regarding Japanese Vehicle Inspection (Shaken) Compatibility
All products we handle are designed and manufactured outside of Japan. Please note that they are not compliant with the "Japanese Vehicle Inspection System," and we cannot provide strength evaluation documents or similar paperwork for the Japanese inspection system. Therefore, all parts are sold for the purpose of "use on circuits, private land, or off-road," and please install and use them at your own risk.
○ Regarding Warranty
Please check the contents immediately upon arrival. Since all products are shipped internationally from outside Japan, there may be shipping damage to the packaging box or the product. Please understand that we will only provide returns, refunds, or replacement exchanges if you contact us within 7 days of receipt regarding products with shipping damage, defective products, or items different from those ordered. Furthermore, for products sold through us, we will handle warranty-related matters "only through our company."
